Miss you, Open Houses 🥲

It’s that time again. We are under another business restriction mandate issued by our Washington state governor in order to curb rising COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

What this means for real estate agents is that we have some restrictions in how we market a client’s home, specifically affecting open houses. For the in-person version, they are restricted, completely; but never fear, there are still options to effectively market in this time of modified lockdown, and buyers are still buying through the holiday season.

Option one: your digitally-connected and motivated agent (ahem, that’s me! 🙋🏻‍♀️) can host an open house virtually, syndicate that open house through the major home search engines, MLS, and social media platforms, and still provide a safe home tour environment for buyers. We can still get people through the door! It’s a virtual door, but it’s your virtual front door!

The rest of the options are those that sellers are familiar with when it comes to home selling: a complete digital photo, video, and media package of the seller’s home which includes professional staging and cleaning to not just highlight, but to show off the amazing features and livability of your home. We gonna show it off!! I gotta be honest, not all agents provide these perks; but I value your partnership, and for me, it is impoortant that we bring the best version of your home to the market.
